Jennifer Roush
Executive Director
Jennifer Roush has worked in the pro-life world since 2012. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center and has a background as a registered nurse. Jennifer has served in the past as a nurse sonographer and as the Director of Medical Services for Informed Choice of Iowa. With her past front-line experience, Jennifer is passionate about serving women most at risk for abortion and helping them make a life choice. Her disarming belief that there is “no pit so deep, that God is not deeper still” empowers people to see beyond their present circumstances and create strategy for the future. She has spoken at many different events and ministries including Focus on the Family and Breaking the Veil of Silence. Jennifer currently serves as the Executive Director of the SperaVita Institute. Jennifer and her husband, Troy, have four beautiful daughters.
Chelsea Bailey
Training Coordinator
Chelsea is an avid learner and lover of deep conversations and dark roast coffee. She has a diverse background in teaching, writing, marketing, and ministry — with master’s degrees in Ministry Leadership from Crown College and Communication from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Chelsea is called to contend for life, reveal truth, release hope, and activate others to use their voice as a force for good. Outside of her work at SperaVita, she enjoys writing poetry, reading nonfiction, teaching dance classes, visiting the ocean, and spending time with her wonderful husband.
