Jennifer Roush

Executive Director

Jennifer Roush has worked in the pro-life world since 2012. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center and has a background as a registered nurse. Jennifer has served in the past as a nurse sonographer and as the Director of Medical Services for Informed Choice of Iowa. With her past front-line experience, Jennifer is passionate about serving women most at risk for abortion and helping them make a life choice. Her disarming belief that there is “no pit so deep, that God is not deeper still” empowers people to see beyond their present circumstances and create strategy for the future. She has spoken at many different events and ministries including Focus on the Family and Breaking the Veil of Silence. Jennifer currently serves as the Executive Director of the SperaVita Institute. Jennifer and her husband, Troy, have four beautiful daughters.

Lissel Lizarraga

Training Coordinator

Lissel Lizarraga has worked in the pregnancy center world since 2018. She is passionate about rescuing women and children from abortion. Prior to working for SperaVita, she worked as the Director of Patient Resources for a center in the Kansas City area. She went through SperaVita training in the fall of 2022 and since then has had an increasing desire to help pregnancy centers and clinics to save more lives through adopting and maintaining a results driven patient process. Lissel is also bilingual which will greatly benefit SperaVita as translation of materials is needed.

Lissel is a wife and mother of four. She states, “I offer my work to God every day. He always has a better plan than me.”
